Poor. We have appreciated the welcoming and nice attitude of the cleaning staff and the security guards. The receptionists had a smiling face but generally the problems we have raised were just responded with a smiling face back.. Outdoor pool wasn't open. It was under construction and we weren't informed of this situation.
We have complained about particles in the pool which seemed like dirt. They indicated that it would be taken care of but it was there for at least 5 days. (until the day we left.)
We found an empty bottle of wine in our room left from the previous visitors.
Under the beds were filthy.
The rooms surround an open area and that area causes a lot of echoing. So in the middle of the night we were able to hear people slamming their doors as it echoed throughout the floor.
We were given a room that oversaw the sea. You had to have hawk eyes to see the sea :)
Our room was right above the staff smoking area, so we were a part of their smoking experience.
We have requested support from the technical team so they removed the part and never replaced it.
Breakfasts were not in very good quality. Not many healthy options for kids and people who are interested. Bananas provided were ripe and couldn't be eaten as it was very hard. It seems as if the lowest quality of products were provided in semi-fancy setting to make it seem more interesting. It did seem like the hotel was cutting down on costs.
The staff members, specifically Turkish ones, seemed very unhappy and unresponsive during busy times..

Great hotel and would visit again!. Location was great! Staff were friendly!. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Staff brought us new pillows but still hard. You’ll love it if you like hard pillows.
