Very good. Location is amazing , beach and amenities. Food very average , ridiculous late dinner ( only fruit and veggies) , watered down drinks.

Good please with palms and good food. I like the food is amazing, good drinks, comfortable beds and the clean room also the beach is very close and the location of the bottle is good and far from crowded tourist places. The staff are friendly apart from one person I met at the mean smiling pool bar!. One of the main beach bar staff was quite ride with me when I as for soda water he started arguing with me that this was sparking water and made me feel uncomfortable. No climate in the lobby! The sunbeds around the swimming pool and beach are too close to each other and always occupied. The receptionist asked me to go there and authorize the payment a few times :D And it was boiling hot! At the end asked me to write a note by hand to authorize the payment!.

Prime location with nice room and facilities, but not a 5 star experience at all. Location is excelent. The snack bar has nice options to eat after lunch (from 12 to 16hs) and the bar is open 24/7. The shows and entertainment that they offer at night are very good! Rooms are clean.. -WIFI in the room does not work at all. -Staff is moody, slow and trying to avoid you (because they work 20 hours a day with one day off per week for the whole season, we asked a few of them). -Cocktails are okey depending on who make them, some of the barmans make it very badly as they don't really care (again, they work 20 hours a day so I kind of understand them). -Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner are ok, but options are repeated every day so by day 3 or 4 you don't really want to eat anything. Also, go early because options run out and there is no replenishment in some of them (happened to me with lassagna). -It's a 5 stars resort but if you need an iron to iron a dress they don't give you, they tell you to pay for laundry services. NOBODY asked us during 5 days how our stay was going (even during the checkout they just took the room card and bye bye)..

Most perfect holiday. this was the first time ever for me going on a vacation all by myself and everybody was so welcoming and friendly. i felt so pampered, safe and well cared for throughout my stay ❤️ I especially enjoyed the daily activities such as yoga and aqua-aerobics and also lunch + dinner (i am not a breakfast-person) the room was just beyond perfect, staff was extraordinary friendly and Turgutreis is such a charming little city. Thank you Arin, you stole my heart 🫶. I really can't name anything I did not like - I loved everything and I will be coming back as soon as I can.
