Extremely unhappy with the whole experience.. Location.. Rude Staff Dirty room Broken shower door Not safe (AC fell off) Discriminating against my baby not providing basic necessities such as milk water or baby cot. Refusing to change dirty bedding Didn’t speak English Rude towards me Didn’t care about my complaints to them.

Very good. I recommend to visit the bar and try the cocktails, they taste and look like just from heaven😉. It’s sad that there is no wifi in the rooms..

great place to stay . close to everything. everything were nice for this price and maybe more. the staff are also very positive and attentive. none.

Good value for money.. Good clean hotel, good service, good food, great location close to the beach, the center, clean swimming pool.. You have to pay extra money for the safety box and to have fridge in the room. The internet is only in the lobby and pool. Lady at the reception didnt understand any English, communication with her was very difficult. Any drink with breakfast and dinner extra charge..

Great!. Everything was great! Polite people, very good service, delicious food and clean room. The beach is just 5 minutes away. We are very satisfied.. .

Hotel is disgusting rooms are disgusting the breakfast was terrible and dinner I got food posioning. Nothing about it I went Starbucks instead. Breakfast was poor quality no option for eggs other than plain omelette terrible breakfast.

Giant cockroaches crawling and flying in the bedroom and bathroom. Low standard of cleanliness!. It was terrible, not worth even a penny.. We had giant cockroach in our bathroom from dining area on the same floor or smelly toilets in corridor to our room. Smell of pee were coming from toilets outside, as i said next to eating area. The mold in the bathroom, the cleanliness overall was very low standard, it seemed like it was just cleaned with water. The bidet part of toilet was yellow and it squirted in every direction. Just disgusting. We were on the fifth floor where the dining and breakfast is served and we had a flying giant cockroach in our bathroom. I was with auntie 63 year old in the room, as my family were in other hotel and i didnt want to scare her or them, or ruing the vacation, so i didnt tell her about the cockrache or cockroaches. The cockroach was even flying, which was the last straw, thanks god it was the last day of our trip. I knew about cockroach from 1th and 3rd we haf checkout. Other wise i wouldnt be able to stay longer. So i informed the reception and the manager of the hotel and they said they will send housekeeper there, which is ridiculous, it needs exterminator! They proceeded to let us stay till our flight in the same room as an apology, again ridiculous. So we were out most of the time till transfer came for us. I am traveling a lot but never had an experience like this. It was hard to sleep those two nights and eat anything from there. No compensation, just sorry. No responsibility, just another constumer. Never ever i am coming back and i highly don't recommend this place. Stay safe!.

just Perfect. location of Hotel is best area in alanya just 110 m distance from best beach of Alanya (Kleopatra beach) with golden sands.Staf very polite, room cleaning very good, good, breakfast and dinner very tasty. .
