. It is not the Meggs it used to be in the old times...We have been there many times in the past but we won't go back anymore. First of all, it clearly needs renovation. The property is not managed properly. The number of staff is not enough and this creates tension among the staff. The service is very slow. Some of the staff exhibited rude behaviour during our check in. Especially the person in the reception was very rude when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the baby bed they provided. It was broken and the replacement they offered didn't have a proper mattress. The receptionist argued and angrily insisted it was OK and other families used it for their babes. This behaviour is not acceptable towards customers. . .
