Beautiful location but unfriendly staff.. In terms of location, food, the room, and cleanliness - our stay was as expected. We knew the room wasn’t going to be very big, but had weighed this up for the price against other more expensive options in the area. The general vibe of the hotel, including the private pier, was beautiful and calming. It wasn’t overcrowded and felt very relaxing lying out in the sun. All of the food we ate at Elista, including the complimentary breakfast, was really good quality and tasty (and some of the better food we ate along that coast - special mention here NOT to go to Miam which was inedible).
Bodrum is an expensive holiday destination in general, so we struggled to find anything cheaper of that quality. Everything else was about £100 more a night.. Aside from the barman and the cleaner, who were friendly and went the extra mile, most of the staff weren’t very friendly, particularly the woman on reception who was rude and unhelpful. We felt like we were a hindrance to the staff. This was surprising, as most of the reviews we read before booking expressed how great the staff are at Elista.
The room we booked said it had a garden view, but looked out onto a generator and a wall..

Soothing. I spent a wonderful week at Elista. The staff took very well care of us, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The scenary is extraordinary, the service and the warmth of the staff made us immediately at ease, and food was made with care and fresh fruits and vegetables. I definitively recommend a stay at Elista, and hopefully will return some day.. .

Charming Stay. I recently stayed at Elista and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed.. However, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The noise level was a major issue, with the cleaning staff making a lot of noise while servicing the rooms, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, I was disturbed by the constant barking of dogs, which added to the overall noisiness..
