Exceptional. The food was excellent, the staff very very kind. The location was great, the hotel was very clean!. There was nothing we didn't like!.

Well managed & value for money. Well located for Side & the beach, Excellent food & drink, Excellent staff. unable to get a sun bed in the sun until lunch when the sun came round as i was not prepared to get up @ around 7am to reserve one in the sun.

Short pleasant vacation in Side. First and foremost - the staff was really great everywhere around the hotel. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly, assisted with various requests and questions (e.g. we needed to change the pillows for more comfortable ones, and it was easily achieved on the same day). The waiters, bartenders and cleaning personnel have always had a smile on their face. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained - the rooms, the pool area, kantine and the beach. I also personally loved the cats who walked onto the territory :)). The food was also quite good, especially on the Turkish night. In general the hotel is more like a 5 star than 4 to be honest, probably the star is off because you have to walk about 4 minutes to the private beach through the "city", but it's really more of a promenade and we enjoyed it as well.. The 8 points however do have a reason. The hotel is really great, but looks and feels a bit "tired" - there are some poorly painted areas in the bathroom, some rusty nails here and there, the beds are a little squeaky and the mattress not too comfy for my taste. The rain shower in our room was also a little too weak, and there was no handle for the main shower head to hang, so it was a bit of a challenge. I personally don't enjoy the separate toilet with really thin and almost transparent doors, but some might not care. BUT again I'm being fairly strict here and I've got a decent experience with Turkish 5* hotels (and this one is really a 5* candidate :). I would still very much consider coming the next season and maybe choosing a room of higher category or just seeing whether any of my thoughts were taken into account :).

Exceptional. The best ever , the food is good , rooms comfortable , great ambience created by wonderful staff. Nothing.

Fantastic hotel. We first came to this hotel almost 10 years ago and loved our time here. We wondered if it would be as good as we remembered and it was - the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food is fantastic with so much choice (we particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and array of desserts on offer!) and the staff always go above and beyond. We were celebrating Dad's 60th birthday on this trip so we asked if we could arrange for a bottle of bubbles to be available at the beach in the morning, not only did they do this but they also booked us in for a wonderful a la carte dinner and made his evening very special. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel is also in a great location - the beach is very close by and it's a pleasant walk along the seafront into Side. We will be back!. Nothing, everything was excellent..

Wonderful, would come back!. The food at the buffet was amazing, fresh salads everyday. Particularly enjoyed Turkish night and the gala night. All the staff are very conscientious and friendly. They organised a small party with fizz for my dad and a birthday cake in the evening. There was entertainment on throughout the day and shows in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis.. The tui staff did not seem to have a formal desk so sometimes hard to find them. But they were always polite and helpful..

Exceptional. This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.. There are many cats on the territory of the hotel, which may not like to all guests. It was not a problem for us..

Very good. It was extremely clean. A nice hotel to chill for a few days. The food was excellent. Pool was great too and in a 3 mins walk you reach the sea / small private beach strip. Very quiet.. Size of the rooms. In my pov to small. Bed could be bigger and the bathroom too. Would have expected it to be more modern also. A very limited selection of food and beverages by the sea. There is no bar at the beach but help yourself fridges with a few snacks, red and white wine but no beers for example. Some of the waiters at the pool bar were very annoying and kind of flirting with every women so for me that was a bit annoying and too much unfortunately..

Very good. The food was good, but was perhaps not as good as on our last visit last year ... but with Turkish inflation at 50% thats probably not surprising.. .
