Lovely hotel for a family holiday. 11 night holiday as a family of 4: 2 adults and two boys aged 7 and 4 Approx one hour from the airport Easy check in. Towels can be collected and exchanged at the spa on the lower ground floor Room: we had a room on the first floor which had a double bed and bunk bed. Nice and clean and spacious. Free safe. Mini bar stocked with soft drinks only. Re stocked during stay. Plenty of storage although more hangers would be nice! Common problem it seems! Sometimes had to wait a while for lifts so would be a problem if on a higher floor… Very powerful shower with consistent water temperatures. Bathroom was small and had to pivet around toilet to get in the shower but it was fine. Shower was big. Hair drier in bathroom. Kettle and tea/ coffee etc in room Pools- fantastic! Splash pad, young children’s pool, larger slides pool. 2 x big slides for age 10 and over. Large pool with slide structure. Activities pool. Standard pool with ropes off shallow end and separate baby pool Over 16’s pool is beautiful Indoor pool but don’t think it was open or certainly didn’t see it being used Spa- looked lovely but didn’t use it Hairdressers and nail parlour Shop- clothes and minimart - didn’t use so can’t comment On site photographer- didn’t use Plenty of loungers. We never reserve loungers and always got one . If you are not fussy where it is and just want a base for you bag then no big deal Lovely lifeguards who do their job well. Furkan was so lovely and friendly so thank you Immaculate gardens! So pretty Very clean hotel Beach; plenty of loungers plus shaded area. Showers for when you come off the beach . Sea was so warm. Shame about all the plastic in the sea- saw some staff cleaning up but not to a great standard. We did our own sea litter pick- it did depend on the wind/ current . Didn’t spoil the beach but shame to see Watersports were great- did jet ski and parasailing which me and my 7 year old loved and was worth the money . Felt safe and looked after Would be nice if the hotel didn’t use plastic straws and one use plastic cups which adds to the problem. Use reusable plastic cups like other hotel do!! Paper straws are fine! Restaurants: main restaurant really nice. Themed nights. As a pescatarian it always seemed to be the same plain grilled fish . Would be nice to see more mixed seafood and prawns. At breakfast there were only mushrooms on one morning . I had to ask for a meat free omelette so always had to wait. A bit more variety would have been nice. Food was good but had better. 4 x ala carte restaurants which you can book at guest services - Turkish, Mexican, fish and Italian. We booked the fish and Italian only which were both good. Pool lunch bar- pizza which was lovely , burgers, hot dogs, pasta and salad. Home made fresh pida Waffles and ice cream - lovely! Plenty of bars - never had to wait long for a drink. Behic made great cocktails! Lovely coffee bar Great entertainment . Didn’t hear much re daytime entertainment but nice as not in your face . Kids disco at 8:45 then main show afterwards Kids fest every Thursday which is fab Few chickens and peacocks roaming around Location- bus stop outside for local bus. Taxi from outside hotels 15 euro set price into kusadasi which takes around 15-20 minutes. Quite an isolated location. Can walk along beach but just to other hotels. Downside: Lots of mosquitos!! Bring repellent and keep room door closed Not great table service for drinks Too much one use plastic Food could be better with variety My son had his 4th birthday whilst we were there . The restaurant bought him out a cake which I had to pay 10 euro for- other hotel in Turkey have done a cake for free and left him a card and little gift on the bed. They did decorate the bed with towel art but only on his birthday Housekeeping was ok but often things were missed - one bed not made, bin not emptied but nothing I had to complain about Please put lights on the balconies!! So dark if sitting out there!! Overall a great holiday. I wouldn’t not return but tend not to go back to the same place twice. .

Superb!. A stunning hotel - beautiful. There aren't places close-by to go off site, but it's a short taxi ride to the town, and there is plenty to do on site. The pool areas are all large, the aqua park/splash pools are fantastic and there's lots going on in terms of activities and entertainment - day and night. The beach is lovely and offers a range of water activities (but they aren't cheap). For such a large hotel, we never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, or a seat to dine. Everything is so spacious and caters perfectly for the amount of guests. Plenty of places to eat and snack and the food was really good - lots of variety and choices varied each evening. Fresh pool towels are provided (so don't pack any). There's a beauty salon, spa, indoor pool and gym on site. There is a also a shop (but this is very expensive - €30 for a bottle of suncream). Staff are so lovely, and all so hardworking. One staff member particularly stood out for us - Tuğçe, the Snack Bar bartender. She always had a smile on her face and her service was superb. Everywhere is kept so clean - even the communal bathrooms. Would highly recommend it here!. .

Great Holiday 😎🇹🇷. What a great hotel, highly recommend. We have just arrived home after a weeks stay and I would definitely return! We transfered with Jet 2 and we were 2nd drop off took just over a hour, when we checked in it was late and there was pasta, soup, cheese, ham and bread to eat in the restaurant. Yes this hotel is busy but we never had a issue getting a seat in the restaurant, there is a variety of foods 😋 available and they do have themed night, we always found something to eat, there snack bar has pizzas, burgers, hotdogs on offer again it is busy but you can sit if needed. We always sat at the activity pool and never had a issue getting a sunbed (i put towels down around 9.15 daily) and this pool is where the animation team do there games and activities. They are great all very friendly and they try to get all guests involved 😀. !!! The hotel is so clean the staff work very hard and they are all very friendly. There is lots to do. A mention to Aydın Bulun who is great at his job, his photography 📸 is brilliant and the experience was great. The sunset bar is a great bar with a great view also 😎🌇 xxx. .

Great hotel for family holiday. Fabulous hotel, our children aged 10 & 11 loved the water slides. Plenty of swimming pools. Staff very attentive. Plenty of activities too, we enjoyed the Fire show on the beach. Liked that you can walk 2 mins on the beach and plenty of sun loungers in the shade. Would definitely recommend, great family holiday.. .

Great hotel. Just come back from a 10 night stay here and the hotel was lovely. It’s big, lots to do in the day with the animation team and the mini water park. There are 4 pools in total… the main pool, the activity pool (can be loud so avoid unless you are getting involved in the activities), adults only pool and then the pool around the water slides. There is absolutely no sun bed wars. There was 7 of us so I had to come down a bit early to make sure we could get a bed however I at 8:30-9:00am, there are still loads of sunbeds free so there is no need to worry about a bed Even in the middle of day, you can find sunbeds somewhere. We had a swim up room. This was very spacious. It had a good size bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a nice terrace area with 4 sun beds. The food in the hotel is lovely. Absolutely loads of choice. Different theme every night. Some of the food can be a bit repetitive however it was always nice. Breakfast could be improved a bit and this was my least favourite meal however that is down to opinion and others may say breakfast is great. We did 2 a la carte restaurants where we had Mexican and then Italian. Wasn’t a fan of the Mexican and as a group of 7, we all said this was probably our worst meal of the holiday. The Italian was superb and comes highly recommended. Snack bar is open all day past 5pm so food is always available. Snack bar does pizza, chicken, burgers, kebab meat, salad etc. The waffles at the waffle station are next level delicious and dangerous as you may end up eating 2 or 3. The beach is lovely and very sandy. Plenty of beds there all day every day. The sunset bar is an absolute must on your stay (stairs are next to the lobby bar). Views are spectacular and we spent every evening here watching the sun set and having a drink. The bar man Serkan was excellent and always made us feel welcome and ensured we always had drinks and did them to how we liked. Also a special thank you to Mualla who looked after us every night when we ate in the main restaurant. She was absolutely superb and we will miss her. I’d recommend a trip into Kusadasi for food and shopping. If you don’t mind “genuine fakes” then there is an abundance of shops. Using your haggling skills and get a bargain. We visited Murphy’s restaurant a few times. They do a great thing where they will pick you up and drop you home in a taxi so long as you eat or drink there. Saves money and the restaurant food is lovely so highly recommend you visit here. The “kids fest” they do was brilliant and if you have kids, it’s a lovely evening with music and games outside in the gardens. My only real gripe with the hotel was the lady at reception. We asked about a late check out early in the week and instantly shot us down and said no availability without even checking. We tried again later in the week and the gentleman who we spoke too advised to come back the day before we check out. We did this and again and the same lady told us no availability. We managed to book our friends room for the late check out but asked again on check out day to see if we could use our room and the manager who served said this was absolutely fine and so we had our own room until 4. No idea why this particular lady kept telling us no however we got it on the end so no harm done. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and would 100% come back and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to book it to definitely come.. .

Relaxing family break. We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and were very happy with our stay. We had a larger double in the main building and it was perfectly sufficient for my husband, 17yr old and I. It was kept clean and any requests/issues we had were dealt with almost immediately. The included mini bar was lovely too and we liked that there were so many places to get a cold drink or pick up bottles of water. The hotel itself is fairly large with many facilities. We didn't really get involved with the entertainment but there were options throughout the days for those that wanted to. One of the main positives for us was the ability to get a sunbed. It didn't matter what time we went out we were always able to get at least 2 sunbeds together and usually 3, although it did help that we were able to use the relax pool as this was usually quietest. The staff (with the exception of one encounter) were always friendly and professional and often remembered our order. The food overall was good but if I have one criticism it is that the main restaurant gets extremely busy and a bit chaotic, especially during the evening period. I wonder if it would be possible to keep the snack bar open for a few more hours as I am sure there are numerous people that would be happy to use that instead which would help. The gym was the only other area that we found disappointing as it was not really fit for purpose with very low weights. Despite being a few miles outside Kusadasi, it was easy to get there and back, we used taxis and the dolmus without issue. Overall we had a relaxing stay and would consider returning.. .
