The cleaning staff robbed our room. The beach was quite nice and calm and had a wide selection of water sports available. Our stay was far from what we expected from this hotel. During our stay, my wife’s wedding and engagement diamond rings were stolen from our room, despite being in a secure pouch inside a handbag. Not only was this an invasion of privacy from the hotel staff, but the situation was handled so poorly and the response to the incident was so slow, resulting in us having to file a police report. Their slow response and lack of urgency were unacceptable and no solution was offered from their end.
On top of that, the quality of service at the beach was also disappointing. It was clear the beach staff would reserve the best sunbeds for certain guests, leaving others with fewer options, which was unfair and frustrating.
In addition to all this, the room itself had an odd smell even after being attended to by cleaning staff. The smell had a faint scent of sewage , and was there for the majority of our stay.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially due to their lack of service and professionalism.

Overall a fabulous stay and resort. Best of all was the breakfast all served at the table, local as well as internationa. Wonderful service with genuine and happy staff! Fantastic breakfast and a very professional and friendly female manager who I regretfully don’t know the name of. Beautiful beach and pool area with attentive staff. The rooms and decor in general is stunningly beautiful in a very good rustic taste. Loved the daily yoga lessons, friendly and very knowledgeable teacher.. One day/evening the entire pool area and restaurant was closed off for a private wedding. I think the guests should have been compensated in some way for this but we were not. It was also very loud..
