Exceptional. The hotel is artsy, very quiet, clean, and located right on the water. There was no problem getting lounge chairs/umbrellas right on the dock. The water is calm, clean, beautiful.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is public and private transportation right outside the entrance. You can also walk to a few great waterside restaurants/ice cream shops.
Initially I was upset that the A/C in my room was broken. The staff were very apologetic, and brought in a portable A/C. It was a holiday, and there were problems with the repair, but the hotel was very generous with generous with their compensation.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.. .

Beautiful place, perfect surroundings and kind staff. The hotel is located in a calm area of the Torba beach, and it is literally on the beach. It beautiful surroundings and beautiful garden where you take your breakfast. Amazing architecture adn works of art, you have an impression to be in a gallery. Amazing huge swimming pool. Kind staff. The checkout invoicing process could be more practical. To avoid waiting, if you have any extras at the restaurant breach bar, better pay it immediately.

Used to be a very good one. - Swimming pool

- Art pieces. - Security cameras on the terrace of the room
- Mould around the shower area
- Too many mosquitoes attracted by the heat of the halogen lights
- there’s a very good quality sound system however not connected to the TV.
- they used to have a very good chef and popular restaurant - not the same.
Fixed during our stay;
