It wasn't a vacation, it was a nightmare. Half of the time was spent dealing with the staff and requesting to be mov. Location. Absolutely filthy, rooms were not cleaned at all, the furniture was broken. Staff didn't want to do anything about it. Absolutely not worth the money.

Bad. In the hotel, there was only one advantage: I left it quickly.. 1. Terrible staff.
2. The showerhead didn’t work, and the staff did nothing about it, making it impossible to take a shower.
3. Some of the towels provided were dirty from the start.
4. The internet was paid, but I couldn’t use it because the staff didn’t have any change.
5. The bathroom had mold, and everything was very old..

Overall enjoyable, very busy and cramped for the amount of people using the hotel. Location, spa, food options, snacks. Not enough room for the sun beds needed around the pool. No lift in one building and no one offered to help with suitcase.

Good vacation for a good price.. Nice place for the price, beach is near, everything you need is near, not that much people so no waiting in lines, room had great air conditioning.. Cleaning of the rooms..
