Very poor. Restaurant food was very good.. COCKROACHS in bedroom and bathroom when we first arrived. Needed to change room. Another cockroach appeared in our new room on our 2nd day. I think it came through a drain during the night. Cleaning is not automatically done daily, it needs to be requested, this is not good when there is a cockroach problem in the drains and vents of the hotel..

. The property makes the best of its structure. Compared to similar hotels in the area it is cleaner, with better service. The food was the highlight as it was way ahead of its competition in the area. . .

Perfect spot to unwind for a few days. Had a lovely stay at Khai Hotel Bodrum. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was great throughout. Loved being right on the beach – such a perfect spot to unwind for a few days.. Quite quiet in the offseason.

A truly memorable family holiday filled with warmth, comfort and exceptional hospitality.. We’ve just returned from a wonderful 16-day stay at the Khai Hotel with our four-year-old twin girls and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the food is truly delicious, with breakfast being a particular highlight. Every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth and kindness, creating a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Firdevs, Batuhan, and Ramazan, whose exceptional hospitality made our holiday even more memorable. Our girls loved playing with them. We very much hope to return in the near future.. .
