The worest stay ever. . The receptionists were so rude they was talking to us in a very un polit way cause we are arab and to others they was talking politely they was showing some racism . The rooms was not clean its all dusty plus there’s no room service There’s no facilities for the hotel guests it looks like you’re paying for a bed in a farm ..

Very poor. . I recently spent a week at Hotel Astrid in Bodrum, and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations, especially considering the price I paid for a supposed 4-star experience. There were several major issues that significantly affected my stay. First and foremost, the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of being able to rest after a long day, I found myself tossing and turning, waking up with a sore back each morning. For the price point and the hotel's rating, I expected much better. The Wi-Fi situation was another significant disappointment. Throughout my entire stay, there was no Wi-Fi available. The manager kept blaming it on a "line problem" but did nothing to resolve it. In this day and age, especially at a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. A working internet connection is a basic necessity for most travelers, and the lack of effort to fix it was frustrating. The breakfast offered was far below what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The selection was minimal and uninspired—just some fruit, bread (with a broken toaster), eggs, and French fries. There were no sweets, pastries, or any variety you'd typically expect. To make matters worse, the only coffee included was Turkish filtered coffee. If you wanted a cappuccino or anything else, you had to pay extra. This felt more like a low-budget option than a quality hotel breakfast. Another inconvenience was the absence of an elevator. This was never mentioned when booking, and it posed a challenge, especially with heavy luggage or after a tiring day out. The only redeeming factor during my stay was the receptionist, Volkan. He was consistently kind and did his best to address our concerns, even though the hotel itself fell short. Volkan went above and beyond to assist us, and his efforts were greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience at Hotel Astrid was disappointing..

Worst Bodrum hotel that i stayed in. I cant think of one good thing about this hotel. Where do i start. The first room that we moved in had a fridge that was not working and the floors were dirty and when we complained they moved us to the next room after they cleaned it again. Rooms are really small and the pictures you see are misleading. One day we came back to the hotel from the beach and found no water in the bathroom, after calling the reception so many times a guy comes and drops a bottle of drinking water. I had to go down to the reception to explain which was a struggle because the receptionist did not speak english. Anyways the offered us to move to a third room but only then they realized the entire hotel did not have water. The biggest problem throughout this was the attitude of the incompetent staff and the way they have been talking to us. At the end someone who seemed to be the manager came and apologized but it was just too late. My advise to this hotel owner to reconsider looking at his staff and hire people that speaks english and know the basics of hospitality business..

Superb. The hotel pool was amazing, the service by the pool was great. The help i recevied from Ahmet was brilliant - he ensured we had a comfortable stay. The hotel wasnt actually in bodrum even though its called bodrum hotel. The hammam and spa room wasnt in function - i wasnt told this when i booked. There was an odd smell throughout the hotel.

Exceptional. Location close to the beach. Rather poor breakfast (only Nescafé🙄).
