Danger to life and health!. Incident at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer on June 28 – Request for clarification and assumption of responsibility During the period from June 24 to 30, 2025. On June 28, Mr. Platon Dmitri used one of the water slides on the hotel's territory. Unfortunately, due to the insufficient size and shallow depth of the pool at the base of the slide, he landed in the wrong position and hit his back against the edge of the pool. As a result of this accident, Mr. Platon suffered serious injuries. I am attaching a photo taken on the day of the incident, as well as a recent photo from June 28, July 25 and August 10, 2025. An unforgeþtable stay in beautiful setting. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were warm and professional, and the evening shows were a great highlight. The beautiful views and well-kept landscaping made the atmosphere relaxing and memorable. Everything was in excellent condition, showing real care and attention. Must book Resort in Antalya Region. Our stay at the Sherwood Exclusive Kemer far exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. Nonetheless, every meal here felt like a culinary journey, and the quality and creativity of the dishes were outstanding from breakfast to dinner to snacks/coffee in between. Our children LOVED the Aqua Park and we have been to Atlantis and Baha Mar in the Carribean but they loved this aqua park as much if not more. A great time at the Sherwood Exclusive Kemer for adults and children.. Excellent hotel, good variety of food within the restaurant and outwith throughout the complex. Room cleaned every day and fridge refilled. Our children loved the aquaslides, children's pool, kid's club and ice cream shop. Several 'quieter' pools throughout the complex near to rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff always on hand. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and evening. For adults, there are enough bars and quiet spaces to relax around the pools. We never felt crowded.. .

Mixed Bag - Still here. Currently halfway through our trip to Sherwood Kemer Few things to be aware of our consider PROS - pools and grounds are beautiful rooms are big and spacious and cleaned really well so far . Aqua park is great Some staff are friendly and try to help CONS NO IRON - be aware. Came away without ironing clothes as knew would need to do it after taking out of case. No irons to use , they want to charge you for it instead. Some excuse about fire risk but stayed in Turkey loads and no issue. Not great for a 5* Air con has been dreadful, had to complain twice and still not resolved, slightly cooler but then stinks of sewage, slightly better today . Service - very mixed , the odd good waiter/waitress. It feels like you have to go and ask for a drink or plates not cleared , the occasional member of staff are friendly , the rest just ignore you. Buffet restaurant - Food is nice but it’s the same every day. Supposed to be no swimwear but every day there are just people walking round with wet hair and towels. No one controls on front desk of the restaurant so at dinner it’s crazy busy and nowhere to sit half the time as the tables are very slow to be cleared. Overall it’s a lovely hotel but in the last two years have been lucky enough to stay at the liberty fabay and liberty signa and I’m not sure this hotel maintains 5* status if they’re a 5* !. .

Hotel clean - staff very helpful - room could do with a freshen up - a bit drab but otherwise everything else was spot o. Had a wonderful time. No complaints whatsoever - would recommend to friends. Safe environment - lifeguards on duty at all times.. .

Great hotel all around. Great hotel. Plenty to do for the kids. Waterpark is great. Food is good for all inclusive, plenty of choice. Well maintained grounds, flat and no hills so easy to get around. .
