Superb. Hotel facilities, value for money, family friendly.. I was really happy when arriving and leaving.
Manager Catherine very helpful and understanding. We were almost going to cancel due to misplaced passport and potentially couldn't travel. We messaged the hotel and Catherine responded understanding and willing to accommodate to cancel and move the dates (even after cancellation deadline expired) as they will work with us to accommodate if we share the supporting document.

Any issues room service maintenance were quick. A/C can be more cooler. Some minor power disruptions.

It is an average hotel and is not a 5 star hotel. The location is good. The rooms we’re not very modern but kind of classic. The housekeeping is poor and is not up to standard. The bed sheet was dirty and was not changed throughout the duration of our stay. The a la carte restaurant was advised as fully bookies for breakfast when the Restaurent was empty when I mentioned this they confirmed the booking..

Not the "Luxury" experience we were looking for. the nature is very nice. The staff is extremely nice, they were super helpful. We had no problem with cleaning. Every place was very well cleaned. After every meal everywhere is cleaned so you can smell it.. I mean nothing is horrible but for the price and tag of luxury all in it doesn't pan out. Food is ok at best. the beach could have been amazing but it is not maintaned at all, not clean. The kids play ground is in terrible terrible condition, right under the sun (34C), weeds alround (spiked). The chlorine in the pool is so much it burns your nose. Sea was a bit dirty on the enterance along the whole coast. There is a very lound horrible music coming from the place next door..

Very good!. The hotel left a very good impression overall. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious with a good variety. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool area and the nearby beach, which were both well-maintained and relaxing.
The location is excellent—very easy to reach from the airport, and getting into Bodrum city is simple and affordable with cheap public transport tickets.. The only minor issue was that the bathroom inventory felt a bit old, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay..
