Great location but the units are not clean enough or there area not basic check ups from the maintance team to check if. The ladies in the kitchen area were very polite and friendly. The shower of the unit was dirty and some appliances were broken. The door frame was also broken and it looked like the door was opened manually and damaged but not repaired..

Terrible place to stay.. Good location.. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. The overhead shower didn't work. The room soundproofed? Definitely not. Garden view? Lol.

Poor. Location, staff helpful. Had to change room as aic conditioning wouldn't work, new room lights and plug beside bed wouldnt work, door wouldn't close from outside. Breakfast very basic.

Passable. . We had to go and ask multiple times for towels and toilet paper. If you have difficulties going up the stairs or heavy luggage, this wouldn't be the place for you. The room wasn't super clean and the receptionist said that the WiFi was down for the whole city, which wasn't true. After asking multiple times to provide the password just in case it starts working, the WiFi seemed to work just fine.
We didn't like the breakfast, so we had to eat outside..
